I'm a bit late posting this, but Fergus McCormick is playing tonight at 10 PM at the C-Note. Latin America expert by day, folk crooner extraordinaire by night, the only reason he hasn't given up his day job yet is because the perks are so good.
Check out his website, where you can download some of his music. Extremadura Love, for example, is pure nostalgic bliss. "MemeFirsters" will be out in force. (And yes, I took that picture.)
Stefan, was this really so vitally important that you needed to post it not only on your own site but also on MemeFirst?
